CV Mornings: Meet Laura Witt of The Drawdown Fund

The Centre for Social Innovation’s Climate Ventures Mornings are a chance to hear from climate innovators and leaders. About the Speaker

Laura Witt is an experienced growth equity investor with 22+ years of experience investing in high growth technology companies. Prior to the Drawdown Fund, Laura served as a General Partner at ABS Capital where she led investments in applications and infrastructure software, systems, Internet, cloud, mobile, and consumer technologies. Prior to ABS Capital, Laura was a senior consultant at Monitor and received her MBA from Wharton.

About the Moderator

Barnabe Geis is the Director of Programs at the Centre for Social Innovation, where he designs and runs programs that grow startups and organizations with a social and/or environmental purpose. Barnabe leads Climate Ventures – an incubator, coworking space, and a range of accelerators that support entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders working on climate solutions – and has raised millions in funding for climate action programs. He is an Ariane de Rothschild Fellow, and holds a Masters in Journalism from Columbia University.
